The core LED media in the Arrival Hall on the first floor of Changsha South Railway Station is located in the center of the north-south exit passages with the heaviest foot traffic. These LED screens adopt matrix broadcasting, which can fully cover all passengers arriving via the Wuhan-Guangzhou High-Speed Railway and Shanghai-Kunming High-Speed Railway lines.

The screens are positioned at the core eye level of passengers, close to passing crowds, making them a type of media that viewers are forced to notice actively. Passengers are continuously exposed to advertising information throughout their waiting and ticket-checking queuing periods, resulting in sufficient exposure duration and high information memorability.

Passengers in the waiting hall are generally in a waiting state with an average stay of 10 to 15 minutes. The central digital screen is right within their line of sight, enabling each person to view the advertisements 3 to 5 times on average, which greatly boosts the reach and memorability of advertising information.

Digital light boxes are symmetrically arranged on the core walls above the security inspection area of the west station entrance hall and on both sides of the train schedule display boards, serving as a core visual spot that passengers must pass through when completing real-name verification and security checks to head to the waiting area.

The elevated drop-off platform at West Square is a dedicated route for vehicles to stop briefly and depart immediately, serving as the first visual focal point for all passengers entering the station via West Square. Giant light boxes are mounted on the core main wall of the drop-off platform, directly facing the alighting area with a 100% pedestrian exposure rate.

The East Entrance Hall is an independent station building space, completely separated from passenger flows in the West Square. The large screen occupies the highest visual level in the hall with no obstructions from shops, columns or signboards. All passengers must pass through this area when entering the station, leaving no blind spots where the screen could be overlooked.

The media is located on the West Drop-off Platform, a mandatory passage for inbound passengers with 100% coverage and zero audience loss. It targets taxi and private car crowds on the main elevated floor. Featuring a large display area, the media delivers strong visual impact to showcase corporate strength and brand image. Its oversized size and striking visual effects effectively generate powerful brand influence.

The big screen is located along the central axis of the hall, and the waiting seats, ticket-checking routes, and commercial passages are all within view, so passengers see the screen repeatedly throughout. Passengers typically wait for 30–90 minutes, a prime window when they’re tired of their phones and have free attention.
