The main line starts from Guihua West Road Station in Fuyang District and ends at Wolfberry Lane Station in Shangcheng District, and the branch line starts from Shuangpu Station in Xihu District and ends at Xiangshan Station of the Academy of Fine Arts, connecting Zhijiang New Town, Qianjiang Century City, Asian Games Village and other areas

The first phase of the project was officially put into operation on June 28, 2021, with a total length of 17.1 kilometers and 9 underground stations, all of which are located in Qiantang District, connecting Baiyang Street, Jiangbin Street, Xiasha Higher Education Park, Jiangdong Development Zone and Xinwan Street
