The media outlet is located on the floor of the World Trade Hilton Hotel on Youth Avenue in the Jinlang Business District, Shenhe District, Shenyang City. It sits in the core area of Shenyang's "Golden Corridor Project", connecting multiple key zones covering politics, economy, culture and transportation, and boasts prominent advantages along major urban traffic arteries.
