Located on the outer traffic lane of the Departure Level, all pick-up and drop-off vehicles are required to slow down to less than 30km/h when stopping, dropping off passengers or waiting. The average parking duration of 15–30 seconds far exceeds the instantaneous viewing time for roadside advertisements in urban areas. Its information retention rate is 30% higher than that of subway advertisements, with a daily average exposure frequency of 5–8 times, much higher than conventional outdoor media. It delivers comprehensive and all-round exposure and greatly strengthens brand memorability.
The traffic route on the outer lane of T1 Arrivals is fixed with no diversion passages. The outer lane on the ground floor serves as the waiting area for taxis and passenger drop-off zone, where vehicles move slowly, start and stop frequently at low speeds. Drivers and passengers have ample time to fully read advertisement content, leading to greatly improved efficiency of advertisement message reception. Each V-pillar features double-sided display, catering to the sightlines of both incoming and outgoing vehicles. It also covers pedestrians exiting the terminal building, achieving dual exposure to both vehicle traffic and pedestrian flow.
Branded visuals are continuously viewed by people inside moving vehicles to reinforce memory step by step. The advertisements capture attention from a long distance with a grand and orderly display format. More than 5,000 vehicles pass by each day, and over 15 vehicles pass per minute during peak hours. When vehicles slow down to stop, they stay for an average of 15–30 seconds with high audience attention. Free from interference by other advertising formats, the advertisements act as the exclusive visual focus in this area, constituting a popular, high-traffic and commercial media platform.
The advertising locations lie along the core arrival circulation route of T1. All arriving outbound passengers, taxis, private vehicles and online car-hailing services can directly view the advertising visuals when passing by. Each advertising unit adopts a double-sided backlit structure with a 270° wide viewing angle free of large obstructions. Operating in line with flight schedules throughout the day, this media covers all arrival passenger flow entering and exiting the terminal. Consisting of outdoor floor-mounted wrapped pillar light boxes and connected array media in the terminal building, it serves as outdoor traffic-oriented media on the airport arrival level.
Nine sets of light boxes are continuously arranged along the roadway to form an immersive brand visual corridor. Large-scale display delivers striking visual impact. Featuring double-sided or multi-sided display structures, they can simultaneously cover two-way traffic on both inner and outer sides of the roadway. Vehicles approaching from any direction can clearly see the advertisements, forming a robust brand display matrix and effectively boosting advertising reach and coverage.
Passengers tend to be relaxed physically and mentally immediately after landing. Brand information implanted at this stage facilitates the formation of profound initial brand impressions. The surrounding environment is neat and standardized with no cluttered competing advertisements, fully preserving the premium brand image. As the only large-scale, standardized and high-traffic outdoor media along vehicle circulation routes in the airport, its value lies in precisely covering the critical nodes of travel decision-making. It acts as an efficient medium for brands to "shape impressions prior to arrival" and "strengthen memories before departure".
