This project is based in the 2008 Xin Changjiang Plaza, a Grade-A office building. Leveraging its prime location and advanced display technology, it has become an important commercial advertising platform in the Wuchang District. It is situated directly opposite the Wuchang District Government, surrounded by a vibrant commercial environment with large supermarkets like Zhongshang Discount, various brand chain stores, and specialty restaurants. The site is close to a subway station and is accessible via multiple bus routes, such as Routes 34, 511, and 576. Additionally, the project is equipped with 430 parking spaces.Located in the core area of Wuchang, with high daily foot traffic, it is an ideal choice for brand advertising. The surrounding commercial facilities include Zhongshang Xiaopinhui, New World, and JD Mall. The LED screen at Xin Changjiang Plaza is primarily targeted at mid-to-high-end brand clients, providing high-quality advertising display services. With the development of the digital economy in Wuchang District and the growth of the outdoor advertising market, this project is expected to further enhance its commercial value and advertising revenue. The advertising spot is located on the wall above the KFC entrance at Xin Changjiang Plaza, Pangxiejia area, along Zhongshan Avenue, near the Pangxiejia Metro Station. Zhongshan Avenue is the busiest main road in Wuchang. Directly opposite is the Wuchang District Government. The area is densely populated with commercial centers, including Fans Yu Hui Cultural and Tourism Area, Hema Fresh, Hubei Institute of Fine Arts, Hubei Chinese Medicine Hospital, China Railway 11th Bureau, and China Electric Power Central China Regional Headquarters. It is also one of the few outdoor LED media resources in the Pangxiejia area, making its commercial value extremely high.
The LED large screen at New Yangtze Plaza, Pangxiejia, Wuchang, Wuhan, is located directly above Exit D of Pangxiejia Station on Metro Lines 2 and 7. Built on the façade of the New Yangtze International Building, it serves as an influential outdoor media landmark in the core area of ancient Wuchang. It resonates deeply with the location's historical and modern integration, becoming a visual hub connecting the historic Tanhualin District with the modern commercial area.
The screen is situated at the intersection of Zhongshan Road and Youyi Avenue, close to institutions such as Hubei Institute of Fine Arts and Hubei Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital. It covers an average daily traffic of 50,000 vehicles and 120,000 pedestrians, with interchange between Metro Lines 2 and 7 reaching over 300,000 passengers per day, forming a comprehensive transmission network combining rail and surface traffic. Within a 3-kilometer radius, commercial centers such as Fantasia City and Shahu Harbor attract a high-net-worth demographic making up 35% of the population, making it particularly suitable for precise marketing in premium sectors including beauty, automotive, and finance.
The media advantage of the large screen stems from its three-dimensional value system of technical precision × location complexity × cultural resonance, creating an irreplaceable communication momentum in the core of ancient Wuchang. This advantage not only manifests in hardware parameters and audience reach but also through deep synergy of cultural empowerment, policy coordination, and commercial conversion, establishing a complete ecosystem from brand exposure to value accumulation.
Essentially, it represents the multiplicative effect of technical precision × location complexity × cultural resonance. Through scenario-based hardware design, multidimensional exploration of location value, and culturally deep content operation, it forms a triple role as a city culture communicator, commercial value catalyst, and policy coordination executor.
