The media outlet is situated at the southwest corner of Xinxing Road and Baling South Road in the Western District of Xuchang City, inside the Caohuan Happy City Scenic Area of Xuchang City. It features the only Ferris wheel in Xuchang City. Surrounding facilities include schools, banks and the Baling Bridge Scenic Area. This area boasts heavy pedestrian and vehicle traffic, making it a prime location for brand promotion.
