Urumqi Station is Xinjiang's largest comprehensive high-speed rail hub and a gateway hub linking Central Asia under the Belt and Road Initiative. The station building can accommodate a maximum of 8,000 people at one time, with a daily passenger flow of 80,000 to 100,000 and an annual passenger volume exceeding 36 million. Passengers spend an average of more than 30 minutes waiting for trains, creating an extended viewing window for advertisements. Its distinctive three-dimensional structure and dazzling video displays make it a visual focal point in the waiting hall, powerfully drawing the attention of waiting passengers throughout the lobby.
The complete set of 8 screens is evenly arranged to cover the entire east, west, south and north areas of the waiting hall. Free from the rush of rushing to catch trains, passengers have ample spare time to voluntarily engage with content on the large screens, resulting in far higher ad retention rates than short-duration media in entry and exit passageways. There are no obstructing pillars or blind spots around the screens. The ultra-tall 8.2-meter vertical screens form a natural visual high point beneath the lobby dome, guaranteeing full, clear display of advertising visuals across the spacious waiting hall.
Boasting its unique three-dimensional structure and stunning luminous video presentations that stand out visually in the waiting area and readily capture the gaze of waiting travelers, the LED three-dimensional installation delivers an ultra-wide 178° viewing angle. Frequent repeated exposure deepens brand impressions, with information retention levels over three times higher than those of short-corridor media. Its effective reach is boosted by more than 45% compared with conventional wall-mounted LED screens, helping enhance brand credibility and premium image.
This spot is located in the core waiting area, where passengers stay for an average of over 30 minutes. In a relaxed travel state with ample free time, they are more willing to actively absorb advertising information. The brand penetration and memory effect far outperform short-term passage media. The screens operate in sync with the station’s daily opening hours, running stable cyclic playback 300 times a day. High-frequency repeated exposure continuously deepens passengers’ brand impressions to achieve long-term brand cultivation and communication.
As Xinjiang’s largest comprehensive high-speed rail hub and a core transportation gateway node of the Belt and Road Initiative, it serves as a vital passenger flow hub connecting the whole country with Central Asian markets. The station boasts dense passenger flow and high-quality audiences. The C-side LED of the digital triangular screen in the waiting hall is a premium core digital media spot inside the station. Situated in the central open core area of the waiting hall, it covers all key passenger routes including waiting, seating, ticket checking and passage, acting as an irreplaceable immersive brand communication platform within the station.
Occupying the visual high ground of the hall, it delivers a dynamic three-dimensional viewing experience with outstanding recognizability and premium texture. It can be combined with media across all inbound, ticket checking and outbound passages to build a full-cycle closed-loop communication matrix covering "entry – waiting – exit". As a key mid-tier flagship spot on the waiting floor, it effectively optimizes the station’s media price tiers and product packages, diversifies investment promotion combinations, greatly boosts the packaged sales capacity of all station media, and further amplifies overall investment returns and asset valuation.
