The core landmark media serves as a highly representative cross-river giant light and shadow communication carrier along the Wuhan Yangtze River Main Axis. Built on the full-area lighting of the main stay cables of the Second Yangtze River Bridge, the media spans the Yangtze River on the key river-crossing section from Huangpu Avenue in Hankou to Xudong Street in Wuchang. It connects the core area of Jiang'an District in Hankou and the Xudong business district in Wuchang, occupying the prime viewing position on both banks of the Yangtze River.
This light show media boasts an enormous display scale with a total media area of 79,200 square meters and a pixel specification of 1920×270. Leveraging the natural structure of the bridge, it forms two sets of isosceles triangular three-dimensional display surfaces facing upstream and downstream. Different from traditional flat building screens, its three-dimensional suspended light and shadow images offer a wider field of view and stronger visual impact. The visuals can be clearly seen without blind spots from the river surface, riverside roads and river beaches on both banks, making it a highly recognizable bridge-mounted light and shadow screen in the Yangtze River Light Show.
The regular lighting hours of the media are 19:30-22:30, covering prime exposure time for urban nighttime leisure, cruise sightseeing and evening rush-hour commuting. The lighting time can be slightly adjusted according to seasons, subject to official notices from competent authorities. It supports both static and scrolling playback modes. Short slogans of 4 or 8 characters can be displayed in high-definition static mode, while long copy with 5 characters or more is suitable for leftward scrolling playback. It can present diverse content including brand slogans, brand promotional videos and urban public welfare campaigns.
