Hongjin Avenue right in front of the media outlet is the most congested and highest-traffic arterial road in Jiangbei District. Stretching northward from Guanyinqiao all the way to Xinpaifang, it is home to Chongqing’s core political hub, where the Chongqing Municipal People's Congress, Chongqing Municipal Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, the People's Bank of China, the State Taxation Administration and Chongqing Municipal Public Security Bureau are all located.
