The main building of the Telecom Tower stands at the intersection of West Renmin Road and West Jiefang Road, south of Ximen Bridge. It faces the ancient Grand Canal and the time-honored Ximen Bridge directly, and connects two major urban arteries, Zhongshan Road and Renmin Road. Serving as the sole thoroughfare for commuting and entering or exiting the western part of the city, it has no competing large billboards of the same type within a 5-kilometer radius.
